Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The Gaming Challenge ("Challenge") is open to all users of the Benjamin app who have an account in good standing. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. By participating in the Challenge, users agree to these terms and conditions.
Challenge Period: The Challenge begins on February 20, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on February 25, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST ("Challenge Period"). Benjamin reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the Challenge at any time, at its sole discretion.
How to Participate: To participate, users must play 3 new games within the Game Arcade feature of the Benjamin app during the Challenge Period. Participation is automatic upon meeting the earning criteria specified below.
Earning Criteria:
- To qualify for the $10 bonus, participants must earn a total of $25 or more from playing 3 new games in the Game Arcade during the Challenge Period.
- To enter the draw for one of ten $25 gift cards, participants must earn a minimum of $10 in the Game Arcade during the Challenge Period.
Rewards:
- A $10 bonus will be credited to the Benjamin accounts of users who meet the $25 earning criteria within 7 business days after the end of the Challenge Period.
- Ten winners of the $25 gift card will be selected at random from eligible participants who earn at least $10. The draw will take place within 7 business days after the Challenge Period ends, and winners will be notified via email.
General Conditions:
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Participants are responsible for any taxes, fees, and other costs associated with receiving or using the reward.
- Benjamin reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Challenge or violating these Terms and Conditions.
Limitations of Liability: Benjamin is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by app users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Challenge.
Privacy: Participation in the Challenge constitutes consent for Benjamin to use participantsโ names, likenesses, and entries for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to the Challenge will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the participant resides and must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
By participating in the Gaming Challenge, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Benjamin, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Challenge.
