We're not saying that we have created the perfect app yet, but we're definitely on the right track. With our team's experience from the cash back industry, we already had a pretty good idea of what people would want in an app like this, and we've tried our best to deliver that. But we know that there is always room for improvement and that's why we are constantly working on it, and we'll keep doing that.
We’re super excited to see the app in action, and we can't wait for you to start earning all that cash back. At the same time, we also understand that the key to success is providing our users with the best possible experience from day one. And that's exactly why we're doing things a little differently with our beta testing.
Instead of letting everyone in at once, we'll be onboarding users in batches. This might sound like a bummer but let us explain why we think this is the best way. By doing this, we can ensure the app is running smoothly for each and every user before we let more in. This ensures that the app is reliable and user-friendly, giving our users a seamless and enjoyable experience and we can tackle first flaws before they become a bigger problem for the masses.
We also want to make sure that our customer service team is able to give each and every user the attention they deserve. With over 14,000 lovely people on our waitlist, we want to make sure that we have the resources to serve everyone at the speed and scale our users deserve. We highly believe that this strategy allows us to provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise, now and in the future.
