Terms and Conditions for the $40π° = π$20 MoMo Challenge
- Eligibility: The $40π° = π$20 MoMo Challenge ("Challenge") is open to all registered users of the Benjamin app who are 18 years of age or older. By participating in the Challenge, users agree to these terms and conditions.
- Challenge Period: The Challenge begins on April 2nd 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on March 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.
- Participation Requirements: To participate, users must:
- Accumulate more than $40 in total earnings from any games available within the Benjamin app, including both games inside and outside of the Game Arcade.
- Earn rewards from at least 4 different games within the Game Arcade during the Challenge Period.
- Reward: Eligible participants who meet the Challenge requirements will receive an extra $20 bonus. This bonus is in addition to any earnings accumulated from game play.
- Reward Distribution: The $20 bonus will be credited to the participant's Benjamin account within 30 days following the end of the Challenge Period. Participants will be notified via email or app notification once the bonus has been credited.
- General Conditions:
- The Challenge is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
- Benjamin reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Challenge or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- Limitations of Liability: Benjamin is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by app users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Challenge. Benjamin is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or in the administration of the Challenge.
- Disputes: Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Challenge or any reward awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the jurisdiction in which the participant resides.
- Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to the Benjamin app's privacy policy.
- Changes to the Challenge: Benjamin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Challenge should a virus, bug, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Benjamin's control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Challenge.
By participating in the $$40π° = π$20 MoMo Challenge, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Benjamin, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Challenge.
