Terms and Conditions for the $125 March Money Moment Challenge

1. Eligibility: The $125 March Money Moment Challenge ("Challenge") is open to all registered users of the Benjamin app who are 18 years of age or older. By participating in the Challenge, users agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Challenge Period: The Challenge begins on March 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on March 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.
3. Participation Requirements: To participate, users must:
4. Accumulate more than $125 in total earnings from any games available within the Benjamin app, including both games inside and outside of the Game Arcade.
5. Earn rewards from at least 6 different games within the Game Arcade during the Challenge Period.
6. Reward: Eligible participants who meet the Challenge requirements will receive an extra $125 bonus. This bonus is in addition to any earnings accumulated from game play.
7. Reward Distribution: The $125 bonus will be credited to the participant's Benjamin account within 30 days following the end of the Challenge Period. Participants will be notified via email or app notification once the bonus has been credited.

Disputes: Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Challenge or any reward awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the jurisdiction in which the participant resides.
13. Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to the Benjamin app's privacy policy.
14. Changes to the Challenge: Benjamin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Challenge should a virus, bug, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Benjamin's control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Challenge.
